The Nile River group focused its research on water related problems that surround the nine countries along the Nile River Basin. Sudan was selected as the region of primary focus due to several factors such as outdated treaties with Egypt that do not properly allocate Sudan enough water, poor governmental and water infrastructures, excessive poverty, and current water pollution levels. This site aims to further analyze the water problems surrounding Sudan and develop potential solutions for the water crisis. By exploring the links above, you will be able to have a more comprehensive view on these issues.
